Welcome to Jensen SSC Services LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website located at https://jensen-ssc.co.in (the "Site") and the structural steel detailing, BIM modeling, shop drawings, connection design, and related engineering services we provide (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing our Site or engaging our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Site or use our Services.
1. Services & Deliverables
Jensen SSC Services provides professional structural steel detailing, BIM modeling, connection design, and shop/erection drawings for fabricators, general contractors, and engineering firms. All deliverables (including 3D models, CAD drawings, connection calculations, and PDF packages) are prepared in accordance with agreed project specifications, contracts, and applicable industry codes (such as AISC standards), unless otherwise specified in a signed statement of work (SOW).
2. Intellectual Property Rights
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all intellectual property rights, proprietary models, templates, software configurations, and methodologies used or developed by Jensen SSC Services remain the sole property of the Company. Clients are granted a license to use the final delivered shop drawings, native model files (e.g., Tekla, Revit, Advance Steel), and documents solely for the specific construction or fabrication project for which they were commissioned.
3. Client Responsibilities & Data Accuracy
Clients are responsible for providing accurate contract documents, architectural/structural design drawings, engineering criteria, and fabrication standards. Jensen SSC Services relies on the accuracy of the information provided by the client. We shall not be held liable for errors, omissions, or rework resulting from inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information supplied by the client or third-party design professionals.
4. QA/QC and Revisions
Every model and drawing undergoes our standard quality assurance and quality control (QA/QC) review prior to delivery. Revisions requested outside the original scope of work or resulting from changes in architectural/structural design after model approval may incur additional charges and timeline adjustments.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jensen SSC Services LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business interruption, or shop fabrication delays arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or our detailing services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these Terms or project contracts shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client to Jensen SSC Services for the specific services giving rise to the claim.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Jensen SSC Services operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will post the updated terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Site after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
